A multinacional alemã Saertex inaugurou, no dia 24 de Outubro, a sua nova unidade industrial, localizada no Parque Empresarial de Lanheses, Viana do Castelo. Esta unidade fabril permitirá duplicar a capacidade de produção, bem como aumentará os postos de trabalho, num investimento superior a três milhões de euros.
Trata-se de um edifício com 5.400,00m² de área de implantação e 8.100,00m2 de área de construção, no qual a Central Arquitectos foi responsável pelo projeto de Arquitetura e pela coordenação de projetos.
The German multinational Saertex inaugurated, on the 24th of October, its new industrial unit, located in Lanheses Business Park, Viana do Castelo. This manufacturing unit will allow to double the production capacity as well as will increase the number of jobs, in an investment of over three million.
It is a building with 5.400,00 sqm deployment area and 8.100,00 m2 of building area, in which Central Arquitectos was responsible for the architecture and projects management.
