Novo Desafio: Edifício Técnico e Administrativo da Continental Mabor

A Central Arquitectos é responsável pelos projeto de Arquitetura, fiscalização e coordenação de segurança em obra e a NRV | Norvia os projetos de Engenharia do Edifício Técnico e Administrativo da Continental Mabor, correspondente a 3.600m² de área de ampliação e 900m² de remodelação
As unidades, localizadas em Lousado, Vila Nova de Famalicão, estão integradas nas instalações da Continental Mabor. Considerada uma das maiores exportadoras a nível nacional, a multinacional tem grande relevância em Portugal e Região Norte.
Este novo edifício visa criar melhores condições de trabalho para os colaboradores dos departamentos técnicos e administrativos, aumentando o grau de conforto, nomeadamente os níveis de iluminação e ventilação naturais. Assim, serão construídos 3.600m² de novas áreas de escritórios, sobre o edifício existente, com cerca de 1.900m², que, numa fase posterior, também será alvo de remodelação.

NEW CHALLENGE: CONTINENTAL MABOR TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING

Central Arquitectos is responsible for the Architecture project, supervision and on-site safety coordination and NRV | Norvia with all the engeneering projects of Continental Mabor Technical and Administrative Building, corresponding to 3.600 sqm area of extension and 900sqm area of refurbishment.
The units, located in Lousado, Vila Nova de Famalicão, are integrated in Continental Mabor facilities. Considered one of the largest exporters at national level, the multinational has great relevance in Portugal and Northern Region.
This new building aims to create better working conditions for employees of technical and administrative departments, increasing the comfort degree, namely the levels of natural lighting and ventilation. Thus, 3.600sqm of the new office areas will be built on the existing building, with about 1.900sqm, which, at a later stage, will also be refurbished.
